Head nodding

Hi!

I have a lovebird and she nods her head like a human does when they are saying yes to something, just she does it really fast. Is this because she is happy?

She also has a problem with the feathers on the back of her neck. She rips them out only on the back of her neck and a little on the side of her neck. I have no clue why she does this behavior.

It wouldn’t hurt to have Charlie checked out by a vet. You can also find out if Charlie is a he or she at the same time.

Thank you for your advice! Whenever we do something that she likes she nods. So, I think it means she is happy. But thank you again.
