Hi,
we got a new scaly breasted lori for our scaly breasted lori and we were holding her to make her more freindly (she was hand reared) and she started making this chirping noise and when she makes it our other lori goes crazy is it good or bad?

Does it make your other lori crazy excited, crazy jealous or crazy angry?
Is the new bird's chirping contentment or sexual excitement?
A. could depend a lot on B.

The other Lori seems to want to break out of the cage, I haven't had it sexed yet and the female came sexed. We have tried hand taming it but it doesn't want us to. Ozzy (the female) Is usually quite when we hold her but when we give her a rub on the back of the head she makes the chirping sound, So I am not sure
Hi Amanda,
Welcome to P.P. we're glad you joined us. I'm no expert so I'm sure one of the other members will also stop in and give the video a look. What a pretty bird, congratulations!!
