    Expecting baby parakeet

My Parakeets, after having them for 3 yrs, decided to start a family. The female laid her eggs in a hollowed out coconut shell, without any nesting material. I put a small amount of coconut straw in the coconut but she shoved it out.
Can I move the eggs to a larger nesting box or will she abandon the eggs if I do.
    Please help. JohnnaN

Welcome to the forum. I would just leave the eggs there. Put some nesting material close by to see if she will use it. The eggs may not be fertilized, so you will need to keep an eye on them and remove them if there is no hatching. You can always buy fake eggs to replace them. Make sure she is getting extra calcium at this time.
