Red face Looking for "Dexter" - a Quaker that I rehomed - Just want to know he's ok!

Hi! I’m posting this on several bird forums in an attempt to connect with the person with whom I rehomed my green Quaker, “Dexter.”

I’ve been getting back into birds now that I’m a bit older and have felt terrible regret at how I parted ways with him. He had become cage aggressive and I didn’t know I could work on it so I rehomed him through Craigslist. I know, I know. I was young. Just on the off chance that person still has him and is active on these forums, I just want to know how he’s doing

I’m in NE Ohio and I think the woman who adopted him was from north of me. She drove a really nice black car, I think. This would have been in 2011 or 2012. He’s a green Quaker, and would be about 15 years old now. When I rehomed him he would say “c’mere” and “whatcha doin?” I know this is looking for a needle in a haystack, but does he sound familiar to anyone?

I hope you can find some answers re: your Quaker. Been there and done that myself. Although I couldn’t find out what happened to my bird, I made a promise to take care of the ones I got after him. All you can do is make sure that you do your best with your new birds.Best of luck
