It could be a feather cyst. A Google search will give you more information.
Have you tried swaddling her with a cloth so you can get a better look under her feathers?
If the answer to any of the following is yes I would recommend a visit to an avian vet:
Has she lost weight?
Is it worrying her?
Has she lost her appetite?
Has her poop changed?
