    Safe flowers

I grow zinnias and cosmos like crazy and am trying to find if they're safe for birds. My WC Pi seems uninterested in nasturtium flowers given her but loves the Dianthus flowers. I've yet to find either zinnia or cosmos on any sites as being safe or unsafe. Does anyone know?

Willy-Eclectus, Oliver-alexandrine, Mookie-Senegal, Bella- Australian King, Joey and Peewee- Barrabands, Peachiegirl-Peachfront conure, Pepper- crimson belly conure, Peanut-plum head, Babyblue-parrotlette, Harry and Louie-canaries.
I have read that zinnias are safe but I am not sure about cosmos. Here is a list of safe flowers http://eppa.ca/meetings/flowers.html It doesn’t include zinnias but I checked and they are supposed to be safe.

Thanks. I didn't want my ignorance to kill my new addition.
