Sorry I haven't heard of that one. Hopefully someone else on the forum has experience with that. Good luck!

We have been feeding BH for 3 years. We love it here. I have no cons. :)

I had 2 African greys and now a crimson belllied conure and I feed them all Bountiful Harvest from My Safe Bird Store and they absolutely love it. It has 75 ingredients. It has everything that birds love from fruits, nuts, veggies and more. It is reasonable enough cost wise as you sure couldn't make it any cheaper. It is a wonderful food in addition to regular fruits and veggies and nuts. It is a real treat and never has my birds turned it away they love it. It is also nutritionally complete.

I too fed BH to my birds. I may have overdosed them on it because much of it got wasted after a year. If I could do it over again I would only have fed it to them once in a while. It did serve to get them off seeds though.

Thanks for all the input! I share everybodys oppinion, this stuff is GREAT! And most of all,Hobbit will eat it. I tried weaning him to Harrison's Pellets, but the only thing he LIKED about them, was watching them fall as he tossed them out of his dish! :th_shakehead:
I am hoping that Bountiful Harvest, along with fresh / cooked food,Hobbit will have a pretty good diet. Plus, I really like the look and smell of the Bountiful Harvest as well.

I bought some this last time I was on their site to try it out on my flock. It does have pretty much everything I was giving to mine from different other brands mixed together. Roscoe especially loves the whole nuts the macaw size has. They all eat it fairly well, although everyone of them still toss a good bit of anything i give them on the floor. I keep telling them there are starving parrots in the rainforest who would love to come live on their floors & clean up their wastefulness! So far they just look at me as if I'd lost my mind.:th_LOL:
I do believe in providing mine a big variety of foods to forage on throughout the day. I don't have time to feed them different things at different times of the day on my work days, so I have 5 food bowls in each enclosure, plus a water bowl of course. One is for fresh foods & the rest are for dried fruits, shelled nuts, pellets, and mixes such as Bountiful Harvest. So far it has worked for me & all mine are healthy. :th_biggrin:
