Need to correct heading on my very first message

Hi Maddie,

I am wondering if when you downloaded your photo it was already upside down. Is the actual image you uploaded right side up? I will check with the others to see if there is anything we can do. In the meantime, make sure your photo is right side up and save it before you upload it.

Have you tried another photo just to experiment to see if it comes out right side up? I'm at a loss if it isn't the photo itself coming out upside down when it loads on here.

Justin our other moderator also pointed out iPhones will upload the wrong way and you need to rotate it before uploading. Just another thought! :)
