My daughters soon to be hubby loves my salsa. I make it just the right amount of hot for him. LOL. So I learned how to can it. Boy was he thankful. Then they decided I should try canning jalapeños since he uses them on just about everything and the ones he finds has too much salt. So, I went to my friend who taught me to can salsa and asked for a recipe. I made some today. I have a little tweaking to do but they didn't turn out too bad. I may try preserves this summer when I'm off. LOL.

Anyone else can?

I don't can but ooo I'd love some canned salsa and jalapeño peppers, I love hot food:)!! Glad it turnt out so well!
