View Full Version : The correct use for a peanut

So we don't feed our little ones peanuts due to fear of Aflatoxins from Aspergillus (btw we don't judge if you feel differently). Teka still likes us to give him peanuts though, because they are his preferred grooming/scratching tool.

Lol! Whenever I see one of mine doing something like that I say, "Oh, look at this poor little birdie, has to pet her/his own little self!"

I always thought they did it to make me feel guilty.

Oh my Gosh! That is so cute! I wonder if you put a little extender pole, on it, if he could use it as a back scratcher!? Such a pretty bird. :)
