Is it possible to attract the hummingbirds in the presence of Parrots?

Hi, I have many parrot colonies in my backyard. I am also a great lover of wild birds, that's why I have hanged some feeders ([Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks]) in my backyard to attract the hummingbirds. But still not able to attract these tiny birds.
Anyone here having the experience of attracting hummingbirds. Is it possible to attracts these tiny birds in the presence of parrots including the budgies, and cockatiels? Please let me know your thoughts.

Where are you located? I use wildflowers to attract hummingbirds. Hummingbirds are attracted to pink, red and purple flowers as well as any flower that has a tubular shape. Do you live in an area where there are hummingbirds?
