Help Identify this Sound

Hello!
I care for an Electus parrot at work and she only makes this sound when I'm in the room. It sounds awful so I thought it was a bad sound but she does it all the time whether I'm feeding or cleaning her cage (we've had her a couple years now). It worries everyone when they first hear the sound but like I said, it's only when I'm in the room! So odd.

Sounds like her way of communicating. Be thankful she sounds pretty quiet. Mine makes a sound that sounds like a cross between a fire alarm and a chimpanzee. Do you work in a pet store?
