Good morning and welcome to PP. We will try and help but do need more information.
What type of bird are they?
How old are they and how long have they been living with you?
Have the birds been put under any stress recently? for instance are there new people or pets in the home or have you had decorators in.
Have they lost weight? Are they still eating normally? Have you changed their diet at all?
Pictures will help a lot as well :)
