Dove flew out window

A pet white dove flew out a window today. He hasn't been seen since this morning. What are the chances of him coming back and what is the best way to get them back inside?

Try putting his cage outside with food in it for starters. Did it respond to a name or call? Check the trees and ask the neighbors to be on the lookout. Did it gave a mate?

He does not respond to any name unfortunately. He does have a mate inside. Thank you for the reply

Put the cage with the mate outside. The mate may call it back.
