Safe flowers

I grow zinnias and cosmos like crazy and am trying to find if they're safe for birds. My WC Pi seems uninterested in nasturtium flowers given her but loves the Dianthus flowers. I've yet to find either zinnia or cosmos on any sites as being safe or unsafe. Does anyone know?

I have read that zinnias are safe but I am not sure about cosmos. Here is a list of safe flowers [Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks] It doesn’t include zinnias but I checked and they are supposed to be safe.

I really don't have much info on flowers (I usually end up killing them myself, )I will see if I can find any on Cosmos
