Bird Bread Recipe

So I am looking for nutritious bird bread recipes for Charlie and Peanut. I don't want to buy already made mixes unless they are super healthy. I would prefer to make my own birdie bread especially since Charlie has a birthday coming up.

Not having one of my own, I did a search on the net. There are many out there but here is one that is for a Cockatoo.

One good thing about birdie bread is you can add whatever your bird likes, or hide whatever they don't. Use your basics, whole wheat flour, egg, cornmeal, and add from there.

edit*whole grain flour is probably better than whole wheat

Thank you, that is my goal for the day is to make some birdie bread to see what Charlie likes, Peanut will eat anything lol.
