RED cabbage?

I know that cabbage is good for them and I have this romaine lettuce mixture that has carrots and red cabbage in it. I know for a fact that romaine is safe, carrots are great, and cabbage is good but what about red cabbage? Is it still safe to give them or should I only give them the carrots and lettuce?

Cabbage in moderation is fine for parrots. Just ensure that there is a balance of calcium rich foods. Certain greens, cabbage included, as well as spinach, collard greens etc can block the absorption of calcium. The key is moderation and balance.
