Do your birds have a colour they're not fond of? Most of mine do not like the colour purple or plum. They don't like me wearing it, they don't eat purple pellets and usually are not interested in predominantly purple toys.:th_eek:

That's interesting. I haven't noticed Rosie not liking a color. She does not like hats, no matter what color though. :)

Casper dislikes some red things, particularly coats and towels, but not red coloured wood blocks for him to destroy - or perhaps he does hate them and that is why he destroys them. We gave him a red cardboard carton, like others he has enjoyed in other colours and he refuses to play in it or chomp it to bits.

Macaw's having that "googly" eye thing going on, I can just imagine them having an issue with sunglasses! :) I wear prescription glasses and that includes my sunglasses so I make sure my birds know me in both my worlds..indoors and out!

LOL, sometimes different nail polish or even a new hair cut can be a big change for them. I had my hair cut really short last year and altho Lady didn't freak out with yelling she wasn't quite sure at first that it was me. I had to do a lot of explaining and hanging out with her before she was convinced that it was me.
