There are lots of online places. Where are you located? If you are in the US you won't have to pay the exchange which is brutal right now.

What type of toys are you looking for? What does lucky like to play with? So much out there to chose from. You could even make your own.

Yes, some of my birds like to throw their toys too. They throw, I catch and throw back...lol.

You may have to give Lucky different kinds of toys to see which ones, if any, he likes.

My Safe Bird Store is an online store. Canadian online stores are Things for Wings and Avian Stainless. There are so many more stores, but these seem to be some of the popular ones.

Make sure you buy toys that are safe, small bells and suchlike would likely pose a threat to a Macaw. The websites in the UK usually tell us what size birds each toy is suitable for.

I only purchase toys on occasion. I prefer to make them but I have to buy the parts. This link has some ideas that might interest you-[Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks]

Like Casper's 2nd best friend said, be sure you use the correct size for your fid as they can get caught up in things fairly easily when they play. It is also a good idea to put a new toy at a distance to be sure he isn't going to be fearful of it at first. Then move it a little closer each day until it is on his cage.
There are some great threads here about what is safe not only in the toy department but in plants, wood and metals.

Aye, parrots are strange - the first rope perch we bought for Casper terrified him when we took it out of the packaging so we just left it in the room until he accepted it. Perhaps he thought it was a snake? Anyway, he is more than happy with them now. :)

Be very aware what you are giving your bird. I personally never give my birds baby toys or children's toys or any parts from them, but there are people that do. Please read this it was only last year.
[Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks] I am sure there are many more out there from all over world. :tmsmakesme:. This makes me furious as we can't even trust manufacturers of baby toys to keep our children safe. I can only imagine what it is doing to our little friends. Keep your birds safe, stick to natural wood and veggie tanned leather if you can.

Since 2013 there have been over 3000 recalls of children an baby products and toys that have contained high levels of lead.

I have to say that I am also concerned with bird toys that say they are bird safe. I don't even let my birds have egg cartons. It's getting to be more and more difficult to find appropriate, safe parts to make the toys, so I recycle what I can from the used toys.

all the stuff I picked out was bird safe wood an acrylic toysBe careful with acrylic items. Larger birds, like macaws, are sometimes prone to shatter them or break off pieces. The resulting shards can be dangerous. If accidentally or intentionally ingested, such shards may present an internal perforation risk.

Macaws love to be noisy and stainless steel toys fit that bill perfectly. This company is up in Canada but are made by a husband and wife team who make quality toys for our babies. They are expensive, but realize their toys will not be destroyed and thrown out but will last a lifetime. Doris makes sure everything is smooth with no rough edges anywhere that will hurt our babies.

I have a number of their toys for my Ekkie and they are indestructible. To wash them, just drop in a sink of soapy water or stick them in the dishwasher.

I will check them out next toy order. Rosie just got stainless measuring cups on a chain. She is having a blast. Tons of clanging and breaking the connectors on the cups. So much fun

Another forum is having their sidewalk sale of which Doris is participating. Look on the web site in the upper left corner and Doris will have a page listing 'SWS'. The sale is only 3 days starting on Friday.
