willy just hanging around...

Since we moved here two weeks ago, I have been working on trying to get the birds out while I get rooms arranged. Willy has been a real stinker and will continuously fly over to the atom over the canary cage. When I admonish him, he just gives me a "hi" in his Elmo voice.

Its a play on words, based on a very funny UK comedian who called himself Jasper Carrot who was very popular back then. Casper Parrot/Jasper Carrot see.
