Sadly, my photobucket will not release any new pics at the moment :(. I am going to try and give you a narrative of how feeding time goes with these three.

They know that I am mama and spark when I am near. I pull them from their cage, plop them onto my shoulder, to take them into the bathroom where I feed them their formula. I had a sheet in the tub that I would set them on while I mix the formula at the sink. Well..that was maybe five days ago..today, they all fly to the sink or to the top of my head, if the sink..they will either crawl up my shirt to perch on my shoulder or jump into the sink where I have a slow running stream of water that they like to shower in!

I set up Amigo's old cage for them, some of the new perches I'd ordered had arrived. They are discovering new foods and how to climb around the cage.

They have been such a joyous adventure! Tim is in love and all my relatives want one! NO WAY!!

Thanks for sharing! I can just imagine the three little floof balls flying around the room and dive bombing your head looking for food.

It's amazing how much they have changed and grown in such a short time. Thank you for sharing all this with us! :D

My photobucket decided to cough up a photo. Seven and a half weeks old..we are down to one formula feeding a day, usually right before bedtime. I can't believe how much fun we are having! These littles are the joy in my day and I think they love me as much as I love them!

Loving their oatmeal!

They are just beautiful! Have you decided to keep them all? I bet it would be hard to part with any of them.

They are so precious to me, I can't give them up! When I have them out of their cage, they are glommed on to me..they are such busy little things, they will putter around on tables or counters or where ever I am but when I move away from them, they fly right to me. I love them so much, I can't even think about giving them away! Tim calls them the perfect birds, not loud, not destructive and super friendly, (only because they are hand-raised).

Well, your flock is certainly getting bigger. Are you keeping the initial names you gave them or has their personality developed enough that you might change them?

Haha! That's about right, Jean-Pierre! :).

Tim calls them..the light grey, the dark grey and yellow :(. I've named them Barbie-the dark grey..Ken-the yellow..and Midge-the light grey..heehee! :). I'm hoping to someday get Tim on board with it!

Thank you, Alice :). They are cuter than kittens but just as playful at nine weeks old today! I was kidding about their names being Barbie, Ken and Midge. I've been waiting for their personalities to show me the way.

I've been traveling/vacationing with two of my kids this past week, Tim's been holding down the fort and I was worried that they wouldn't remember me but no worries necessary..they are now weaned and friendlier than ever! I've decided that the light grey will be named Nibbles, she is just that..a nibbler. I like the name Karl and think that will be the name of the yellow fellow and July will be the name of the dark/first hatched, female. She hatched the day we lost Amigo, July 18.

All's good in the hood!
