Casper is perched on my shoulder, chillin'. I asked him if he knew he was a zygodactyl because of his toes and he nodded wisely.

I took a quick look at the alex foundation to see what I could about the two new birds Dr. Pepperberg is training. Their names are Athena (hatched in 2013) and Griffin (hatched in '95). There is a few words about them but not much yet. You can check out the blog as there is more info there.
