Quote of the day these are excerpted from the teachings of ABRAHAM HICKS law of attraction: :pajob:
:pajob:

Have you accomplished your point of attraction deliberately or by default? Have you prepared the climate or atmosphere around you by deliberately meditating; by quieting your mind; by looking for thoughts that feel good; by making lists of things that please you? Or is your point of attraction a knee-jerk response to something someone else said; or to something you are observing around you? What is the reason for your point of attraction? Why are you thinking the thoughts that you are thinking? Are you doing it on purpose? Or are you doing it by default?

As they say "any publicity is good publicity" - we aren't likely to forget the photo competition.
(This isn't meant to be another quote of the day by the way)

See I thought about this a little while after I posted that...I was not even thinking when I wrote that lol.

Mare, I don't want to change it I like it, but I am just 1 person out of our wonderful flock.

BTW I know we have FID for feathered kids, is there a word for parent of the feathered kids?

Michelle, the words would have to come from "within". To me, being a parront..means being strong..inside yourself.

I have already decided which picture I am going to enter, so I am happy with your first choice, I am also glad we narrowed it down. :)

Are you practicing the Art of Allowing or the art of disallowing? Are you practicing the art of allowing yourself to be in sync with who-you-really-are; the art of allowing yourself to be the true extension of Source Energy? That is who you were born to be.

No , don't change it . We missed you around here, just reeking havoc while you were away. See what happens when you go away, not even at home, but your extended parront family on PP !:toyou:

Sometimes you justify giving your attention to something because it is true. But, just because it is true is not a good reason, because anything that anyone gives attention to, becomes true. A better question is, “Do I want to experience it?”

Food for thought: What others are doing around you seems very important when you have not found your own steadiness. You want to say to them, "Don't rock my boat! If you rock my boat, I can't be steady." But the truth of it is, you're the only boat-rocker in your world. Only you can rock your boat.

She was not quite what you would call refined. She was not quite what you would call unrefined. She was the kind of person that keeps a parrot. Mark Twain
