Thanks, Suzanne! Back at you! :). I had a doctor's appt. today and he was so cute dressed up in these decorated green scrubs..I didn't comment on them but after I got in my car I remembered! It's St. Patrick's Day!!

Ah, too late in the UK (now past midnight) but Happy St Patrick's Day in America.

I spoke with a woman today that was going to be serving corned beef and cabbage and it almost made me cry when she talked about it. My mom, who passed many years ago, always made this dish. I tried but..live with a vegetarian..going on 37yrs. I miss it..

Sure wish I would of remembered earlier. I love those candy potatoes! Cream cheese, coconut, a pinch of vanilla, rolled into a bite size ball and topped with cinnamon :th_biggrin:.
