Is this signs of kidney problems?

My egg layer (cockatiel) started having lots of urine in her droppings and I thought maybe she was just drinking too much water. A few weeks passed and she's having droppings with a bunch chalky urates in it. I also saw her vomit today while she was eating. It is possible maybe it got stuck and she just vomited up, but I'm not sure. I need to know if she has a possible kidney problem can it be passed to my other birds?
I do think she is carrying an egg currently.

Sounds like these bothersome symptoms have been going on for a few weeks now. It's probably time to see the vet as he/she would be able to run the appropriate tests to give you some answers.

Yes, you should schedule an appointment for her with your avian vet to have her examined and tested. Some illnesses that affect the kidneys are contagious, while others are not. It depends upon the particular illness. You may not learn whether she's truly ill, or what her illness happens to be (if she is), without running the appropriate tests.
