Its Getting Easier

When you are in the grocery store and in the produce section food supplies are now mixing healthy greens and they are a nice mix for birds in most cases. I just bought one with a mix of Kale, beet greens, broccoli stalks, red cabbage, carrots, almonds and quinoa. Its a powerhouse!

Nice...here the prices are just going thru the roof on produce.Our dollar is dropping against the US dollar...everything now cost much more.

These greens are a salad mix and come with dressing packet. That the birds do not get.

Dave this bag cost only $2.50 US. Why is the cost of produce going up in Canada?

Sounds delicious, I'm going to have to pay more attention to the bagged salads. They look like a nice size to pack for lunch.

My Nike is just like me....turns her nose up at greens. I did get her to eat a bit of carrot but no luck with anything else yet.

This time of year most of our produce comes from the US and Mexico.Canadian dollar is falling in value so prices go up.I heard on the radio the other day that most vegetables were up by 18% and fruit by 15%. I just bought some canteloupe yesterday for our birds and payed over $4.00 each.
