Does coloring or art work help you to settle down and concentrate?

It's 5 am and I feel like I usually feel when I'm having a panic attack, I feel nervous, racing thoughts, and I feel like I'm suffocating. I've had em worse than this with varied symptoms but I woke up with this and I'm worried. I wish things didn't have to be so hard. I don't want to lose Ruby or anyone else, I never heard of any of all that stuff parrot fever and so forth. Ruby may not even be a carrier but the worrying on me has begun to take its toll. I feel watched like all eyes are on me , and i can't stand being watched.
Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, I'm so scared. PleaseKristin: Please try and not lose sight of the fair chance for the antibody result to have been a false positive. If that turns out to be the conclusive finding, we can all relax :)
