If you like to have some down time and relax adult coloring is lots of fun. I started out with books and colored pencils but found the apps on Kindle to be easier. Clubs are forming for adults who like to do this. I would love to see yours if you color. Yes, guys you can do his too. Love it when its birds.

ahh I have so many of those books you get from Books-a-million and such.

I tried to get into the apps, but all I have is a phone, so the screen is too small. I prefer markers over colored pencils, but use both depending on the difficulty.
Glad other people on here do it too! I was starting to think I was weird or something haha

There are many people that love adult coloring. I have pretty much stopped using the books because I do not like to sharpen pencils and the markers seem messy. I might start up in the books again though to fight the cabin fever that goes along with winter. [Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks]

Savannah please post some of your work here.

Coloring is probably fun and very relaxing but I have recently found a likeing to using a loom and knitting. It is relaxing and quite rewarding when I get to wear something I made. I have only made three pieces so far. The first was okay but learned I needed a heavier yarn so the last two came out much better.

Weaving g is so creative. One of my daughter's learned weaving from a Navajo elder. Wish you could see her creations.

Margaret likes knitting, she made this pair of socks which Casper is inspecting for dropped stitches.

Amazon had a flash sale on a large box of gel pens. I got them and have been very pleased. Anyone who does the adult coloring and needs more pens would love these. One of the 4 sets has a sparkle theme. You cannot see it but I used them on the butterflies. They look like jewelry! The gel pens are back to the normal price but well worth it if you need them. [Users must be registered and logged in to view attached photos or hyperlinks] I paid $10.

Please feel free to show us some of your creations! (first one done with pencils) (second one done with the gel pens)

Very pretty Dianne. No I'm not coloring myself currently, but maybe when Winter rolls around once more I will find the time.

So pretty, Dianne! I don't do this but you are starting to inspire me! I loved coloring with my kids when they were young :)

Most of the supplies are on Amazon. I prefer gel pens to the pencils. The coloring books are amazing. If you look there check out enchanted forrest and secret garden books.
