Apparently it's time for all of the birds to get hormonal...that smell on the birds, every bird is acting strange..even my baby girl...she actually bit me...never thought I'd see the day with her..

She stopped talking..starburst has started screaming...so has Monte and Seminole... Had em looked at..yup...this is by far the very worst its ever been...I'm having a hard time getting work done..and I'm actually getting frustrated... That NEVER happens with the flock..

So...I'm taking quick walks to blow it off lol...man..this year is bad. Ours are never this way...Monte is usually the loudest but nothing like this..wow..just a deafening wow...

My birds are acting normally. I thought hormones would surface in the Spring time. Especially because I have a male and female in same cage. Lots of walks and peaceful music.

Casper has been getting a bit what we call "clucky chicken" when on Margaret's lap but nothing too bad in the nips department. Today he decided to take the peel off a couple of oranges and then ate some of the peel. I don't know if this is anything to do with spring fever or is just normal parrot logic.

Did not know birds are the skin of any fruit. Hope it was organic.

It's constantly spring down here..currently its 60° f. She's calmed down..so maybe it was a false alarm...it was strange...that's for sure..
The others have too..I wonder if it's something weather related or something.. Idk..strange though..

Why, was she howling? We had a german shepherd dog that did that when I was a kid. Domestic animal still had the genes to bay the full moon like a wolf.:th_eek:

Could've been a change in weather..there was apparently a solar event with solar flares ..I'm sure they're probably aware if that stuff...and so many other weather disturbances....so..who's to say..
