Yep, Happy New Year everyone. :th_smile:

We awoke this morning to the first frost of this winter. At last! Temperatures have been well into double figures (Centigrade/Celsius) recently. If we don't get a cold snap we will be overrun with nasty insects next summer.

Thanks Charlie and the same to you and flock. My big wish is to have healthy Kidneys. I am in stage 3 kidney disease now and fighting it tooth and nail.

Do drink plenty of cranberry juice it also helps with kidney disease!!

Reading labels and most juices have potassium which is limited. I am really missing the juices too. Taking in lots of water. Stopped all NSAIDS and that is tough when you have arthritis.
