I really do want another bird and have wanted a blue quaker for a while and they are not helping by giving it away for free. I am very committed to my pets.

I have inquired about it and am looking at another home (my grandma has shown interest in them before and I'm there everyday so I'd still get to see it even if I don't get it) for it incase not everyone is as excited for a new bird as I am

One has to say this blue Q was not meant to be in your life. Have you checked with breeders? I know the blue ones are twice as much as the green ones.

Wow giving it away for free....somehow I'm always leery when folks say free. I agree with spiritbird, it must not of been meant for you at the moment. I'm sure you will get one when the time is right altho it would of been wonderful to get one for free.
