I recently acquired a female Umbrella Cockatoo from my neighbors that are divorcing. She is 3yrs old. My family has had birds my whole life, Congos, Amazons, and Macaws. This is my first experience with a Too. My Name is Greg and used the birds name as my user name.

Hi Greg,
:pp_welcome: It is sad that folks have to rehome their birds but I'm glad you were there for them. How nice that you joined our forum. I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of Tia and getting to know you both.

Hi Greg and welcome. Pull up a chair and make yourself at home. I was watching a wildlife film about Australia last night with some amazing footage (is that a term you can still use now that everything is digital?) of 'toos in the wild. Amazing creatures.
