1. Go to your profile page.
2. Click the Add Album link.
3. Click the Upload Pictures link located on the dark toolbar in the right-hand corner...the "Manage Attachments" dialog will open.
4. Click the Add Files button in the "Manage Attachments" dialog box.
5. Click the Select Files button.
6. Browse to the file you want to upload and click the Open button.
7. Click the Upload Files button.
8. The uploaded image will appear in a "Pending Pictures" box under your album heading.
9. Click the Save Changes button.
Done.
