That sliding tray inside the nest box is such a good idea. You can slide it out when it gets really messed up from mom/dad and chicks soiling it, you quickly switch the chicks to a new clean sliding tray with fresh nest material and slide it back into the nest box in a minute or less. Fast and efficient!

Wash the other tray and get it ready for the next poopy mess rotation.
