Just how cute is a baby cockatoo?

Last month Rosie turned 31 years old. We celebrated with coconut flour cake and sweet potato mash with coconut cream and grated carrot. When we adopted Rosie a year ago she came with a full file of documents and a few pictures. This photo is my absolute favorite, I mean who doesn't love looking at baby photos?

We are her 3rd home. First owner 27 years (wife passed away), 2nd owner 4 years (divorce) and we hope to be her 3rd and final home.

I just love her shiny dark grey beak and her shiny feet. Of course now they are coated with cockatoo dust. I kiss her feet every night before bed.
