Fresh Girl

I went to my mother's this morning to help with her garden. I ended up being away from home for over 4 hours. Rosie was NOT happy with me and let me know it. By screaming her little red head off incessantly.

After I thought she was done letting me know how horrible I was, I took her upstairs to shower. As the water was heating up she decided she was not finished. She screamed in my face several times and gave me some good pinches. Sigh...

So as I put her on her perch and we shower, I told her she was being mean and a freshie bird. She then informed me in her sweetest voice I Good Girl (in garbled Rosie speak). She went on to say Good Girl, Peek a Boo Baby Good Girl and every other kind of Good Girl she could come up with. This went on for the entire shower. :)

Which I think proves she is a Fresh Girl, but she is convinced it proves she is a Good Girl. Guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one. ;)

She can't go to my mom's house, she has two cats that are very interested. Too interested for my comfort!

Well maybe she wanted you to know that she was good while you were away even tho she missed you terribly.

Alice - if only she WAS good while I was out. I left her on her tree i/o in her cage as a treat. She made everyone crazy yelling all morning. When I got home the humans were scattered, hiding and annoyed. The only one who seemed ok was my son and that's bc he had headphones on in his room playing video games. Sigh...
