Yes, that's indeed very cool! I haven't seen that particular one. But I stumbled onto a similar one on FB some time ago that's almost exactly the same... only it was created to look like a scarlet macaw.

I have seen similar paintings on human hands. With a quick search there is an artist by the name of Guido Danielle who maybe the person who has created this work. Very talented indeed.
