Sadly Bobo was eatting her daily snack and must have had a sudden heart attack.She died in her food dish.Her mate and I are devastated.

I'm so sorry!! I've never lost a bird but can only imagine the pain of your loss!! How old was she? Was she having health issues? My heart goes out to you..

She was about 5 and bonded to her male.She was the picture of health.It was plain and simple a heart attack.Sometimes genetics play such a powerful role in their health and future.In Canada there are very few of these birds.This is truely a devastating loss for us.

It is so sad to loose one of our birds. It can happen like you said at any moment. I always have a small lump in my throat each morning when the cover comes off the cages. Please accept my sympathy for this loss.
