Some people are ignorantly cruel. Objectification of birds as property is deplorable :(

That is why my mother got Casper and why we have him now. He now has love and some freedom, she is confined to a wheelchair in a home. What goes around comes around. She did love Casper but was in the shadow of my father who was not a nice person.
