My Rosie has a HUGE personality. So much so, that I tend to forget that she weighs less than 2 1/2 pounds.
This morning, after eating, playing and freezing on her tree (still no wood), she yelled for me to come and bring her to a warmer area to preen. We went to our front living room near the stairs. As Jef headed up to work I asked him to throw some laundry down. 10 minutes later, request forgotten, we are relaxing and the queen is playing on the other side of the couch. All of a sudden, clothing comes flying down the stairs. Rosie let's out a terrified shriek and flaps/runs to me. It didn't occur to me that since she is normally on her tree she has never witnessed this. Two more loads of clothing comes down as Rosie is shaking and peeking out from behind my head. She calmed down fairly quickly and is back to preening but staying close to me. Every once in a while she peers at the stairs to see if anything else is going to attack. Poor thing.
Sometimes it is really hard to be little!!
