Happy Valentine's day everyone. I have just been reading about the history of Valentines to see if it pertained to parrots and it does: "In the Middle Ages it was felt that birds chose their mates on February 14. So February 14th has been considered the official mating day for centuries."

Happy Valentines Day! Here in Cali, the spring has sprung! The apricot trees are in bloom..way too soon, the spring flowers are poppin' and the geese are flying north!! Crazy, too crazy, weather for this early in the year, sadly. On to subject..yes, the red-tail hawks, ravens and many other species of critters are feeling in love!
