I'm a lifter, but just really got serious.. Though I'm old lmao.. But for those that don't know.. I went from a depressed 469 lbs down to 260 and I've started building back up.. I'm at 304 now.. So people like Jay Cutler (body builder not quarter back) and Phil Heath.. Are inspirational to me..
