What you'll need: Piece of 3" PVC pipe, 2 end caps, 1 elbow, stainless chain, stainless eye screw, stainless quick link.
Tools needed: Pliers, drill, saw
Cut PVC pipe to desired length. Firmly attach elbows and end caps. Drill pivot hole into one end cap and attach stainless eye screw. Drill assorted holes into pipe. Attach stainless chain, quick link, and add desired treats. Finished!
