Amigo is going to run out of shade!

He drops these large branches, sometimes I think, just to see them fall! You can see him peeking over the limb (near center of pic).

He has two favorite trees on the property that he spends many hours in, cleaning out holes and dropping limbs. Many trees have been modified for landing space but his two favorites,,well..I kind of feel sorry for :(. If a female U2 happens to fly into his territory, she will be VERY impressed!

You're right, Terri! Store bought toys are a JOKE, to him! He will dust one of those in half an hour or less! :).

To reiterate, this is what his main tree use to look like...

I'm so happy that he has only two trees to be this OCD about!

He's just creating a play stand/nest. How long has it taken him to get that far?

Lori, this has been a 4-5 year project for him. Not too sure how many are left for the poor buddy (trees). Over the years I've thought about bringing in more cockatoos to fly with Amigo but seriously..the environment couldn't handle it.

It seems that Amigo is pretty happy the way it is.

Yeah, I think you're right, Lori. We are his flock, I am his mate, (somewhat), and we will continue to continue :)

I love to see Amigos work. I'm surprised no female has heard about this great guy and come to move in. 😉. At least he is never board.
