A Picky Lovie

My Dori really doesn't go for "people food" - i.e. if it's on my plate and it's not a seed, a chip, or popcorn, she won't go for it. She doesn't like the same veggies the other birds like. Any suggestions on what lovebirds tend to go for more than cockatiels and conures do?

I don't know, I would think that lovebirds would like the same things. She's probably just picky. I would find something that she loves that you could hide other stuff in. Veggies can be cut up into miniscule pieces and hidden.

I haven't found a veggie that she likes yet. My 'tiel will come up and pull broccoli off of my plate and give me a death glare if I don't share with him, but she runs away from human food. Maybe the smaller chunks hidden would help make veggies more fun for her.... I'll have to get some more chewable treat boxes.
