My family loves my apple pies! I'm good when it comes time to peeling enough apples, (around 6), for one pie but if we are having a bunch of folks over for a dinner and the kids request apple pie, we are talking 2-3 pies! I've got a touch of arthritis in my right hand and it gets very painful to peel more than six apples at a time. If the kids request apple pie, I now recruit them to help peel apples! They would LOVE to try this method out!! :th_biggrin:
