So, as I'm sitting here on the computer with all of the lights out, I am listening to the grinding of beaks and thinking "What a wonderful sound".
Lilliputs has really settled in and calmed down, she is such a sweet little bird. She doesn't know how to speak the human language. She screams when she wants something but is not a screamer, it doesn't happen more than what would be normal. Here recently I have heard her mumbling. Could it be that she is trying it? Clover is his little character self and is getting better about letting me get him out of his cage. He was getting really crabby and cage aggressive for a while, I'm sure all of those little pin feathers coming out of his head didn't help matters for him.
As I hear the grinding of contentment I can't help but think, for now, life is good.

I love those kinds of evenings :). It sounds like everyone is settling into their little place in this world of theirs. Always nice when that happens for not only them but us, too. To know that they are content is HUGE!

I bet that's a cool sound. A whole chorus of grinding beaks.
