weird is one persons normal and another persons abnormal. We make words what they are. really words mean nothing unless you believe they do:o. Or at least i tell people that come up to me and say they were mistreated because they are weird. But i'd say bird people are weird in many peoples minds:).

I'll never agree that bird people are "weird", for the simple fact that "weird" is a subjective term - as Justin has so nicely expressed. I could say that dog and/or cat people are weird... but, again, that would be a subjective assertion on my part. When I was younger, I was into quarter mile street and strip drag racing. There were always plenty of arguments between the Chevy people and the Ford people insisting that the other brand was inferior. It has been observations such as this which made me step back and realize that it's usually peoples' attitudes about one another that are the "weirdest" things, and not their pet or car preferences, etc. I mean, criminy... people who truly love birds often can't even seem to agree (or in some cases, get along at all) on certain bird-related matters :th_shakehead:

I think everyone is weird in their own way. There is no normal. I embrace my weirdness, it makes me an individual. :)

Hey, weird is good. Creepy is creepy. Dog and Cat people are just easier to entertain - they can play fetch or have a pet that only comes out when you give it food. We have family members with feathers. They're just jealous 'cause my bird can play dead better than their dog.
