I am Still Here

I cannot tell you how busy I am now preparing to move to a new apartment end of May. I have also discovered and fell in love with Betta Fish. I have been doing a great deal of reading about their care and joined a Betta forum. Today being close to Mothers day I received 5 large boxes from my twin daughters. Inside was all the decorations one could have for a 5 gallon tank. Now my Betta will live on Boardwalk instead of the railroad tracks. Don't have a fish yet until after moving. I look at those poor little fish in very small containers with nothing inside but water where I work and know those are most likely not healthy or happy.

My feathers friends are all just fine. Had a DNA drawn on Luca and he is acting like a he. That would be fine not to have to deal with all the eggs cockatiels lay. Daisy is getting very mature with an almost crusty brown cere.

So what have I missed?

Sounds like you have been very busy! What is your new Apartment like? Is it anything like where you are now?

Hi Dianne! Good to see you back! Beta fish are beautiful, I also feel sorry for the ones you see in the stores in those itty bitty glass bowls :(.
