WHAAAT?? The Heck??

I went out to feed some of our old horses and I was hearing a tap, tap, tap sound. A wild turkey was pecking at his reflection on the front bumper of my husbands truck. Amigo was also curious as to what was going on :)

When I went out, I heard Amigo making some interesting sounds in the tree above the turkey. He was also chomping off branches right above, they were falling near this bird. I ran in for my camera and he had moved to the truck's roof. Not too sure what it's all about but curiosity got the best of him :)

Since the time I took this pic, my husband has commented on Amigo being more attentive to the goings on of the male wild turkeys in our yard. I'm thinking Amigo's attentiveness may be territorial, hmm.. Thankfully, he is smart enough not to pick a fight with one of these huge beasts!
